Controller and contact
Eksido North S.L., CIF B67539320, Calle Balmes 173, Piso 4, Pta. 2, 08006 Barcelona, Spain, is responsible for your challenge data. Email success@eksido.com with “Challenge privacy” in the subject for questions or rights requests.
What we collect
We collect your name, work email, organisation, country, optional role, Salesforce readiness, idea, expected outcome, submission reference, submission time, accepted rules version and optional contact preference. We may also retain correspondence, eligibility checks, judging notes, award and delivery records. Campaign tags in the page URL may be recorded with your entry. Our hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, including IP addresses, for security and reliable delivery. Do not include sensitive personal data or information about other individuals in your idea.
Why we use it and our legal bases
We use entry details to administer the competition, contact representatives, check eligibility, judge ideas and organise the award. Where you personally enter into the rules, this is necessary to perform that arrangement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for representatives acting for an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interest in running and documenting a fair business competition (Article 6(1)(f)). Security, fraud prevention and proportionate dispute records also rely on legitimate interests. We meet applicable record-keeping and legal duties under Article 6(1)(c). Optional commercial follow-up relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). We do not use automated decision-making to select a winner.
Required and optional information
Required fields are needed to evaluate and administer an entry; without them we cannot accept it. Your role and commercial contact request are optional. The contact checkbox allows Eksido to contact you by email about your Agentforce needs and related Eksido services. It does not subscribe you to unrelated lists. Withdraw consent at any time by emailing success@eksido.com; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or the competition.
Who can access it
Authorised Eksido staff and judges receive the information they need. We use Salesforce for entry records and Vercel for website hosting and submission processing, under applicable service and data-processing arrangements. Other professional advisers or authorities may receive limited data where legally necessary. We do not sell entry data or publish your idea or identity merely because you entered. Identifiable winner publicity requires a separate agreement.
International processing
Our service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as European Commission standard contractual clauses and supporting measures. Contact success@eksido.com for information about safeguards applicable to your data.
Retention
We review unsuccessful and withdrawn entry records for deletion or anonymisation by 1 November 2027, unless a documented dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. Winner agreements, delivery and accounting records follow the applicable contractual and statutory retention requirements. Optional commercial contact data is reviewed separately and removed from consent-based marketing when consent is withdrawn. Restricted evidence of consent or suppression may be retained where needed to demonstrate compliance and prevent further contact.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and always object to direct marketing. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email success@eksido.com; we may request proportionate information to verify identity and normally respond within one month. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or your competent supervisory authority.
Cookies and updates
The challenge pages do not load the website’s analytics, advertising or personalisation tags. Campaign tags submitted with your form help us understand where entries came from without sending your entry to advertising platforms. Other pages on eksido.com have separate cookie controls. Material privacy changes will be explained here and communicated where necessary. This notice is version 5 September 2026.
