THE EKSIDO AGENTFORCE CHALLENGE · VERSION 5 SEPTEMBER 2026
Competition rules
One focused proof of value. Clear terms from the start.
1. Organiser
The Eksido Agentforce Challenge is organised by Eksido North S.L., CIF B67539320, Calle Balmes 173, Piso 4, Pta. 2, 08006 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: success@eksido.com. Salesforce does not sponsor, administer or endorse this competition.
2. Who can enter
The competition is open to organisations established in Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland or the United States. The person entering must be at least 18 and authorised to represent the organisation and submit the idea. Existing and prospective Eksido customers may enter. Eksido employees, judges, their immediate families and organisations they control are excluded. Participation must be permitted by your organisation’s procurement, ethics and gift policies. Public bodies and regulated organisations must confirm they may accept the services before an award.
3. Entry period and method
Entries open on 9 September 2026 at 00:00 CEST and close on 1 November 2026 at 23:59 CET (Europe/Copenhagen). Submit the form on this page before the deadline. Entry is free; no purchase is necessary. Provide accurate contact details, a business problem, an Agentforce idea and a measurable outcome. Keep your on-screen reference. A submission is received only when our system confirms it. Contact success@eksido.com before the deadline if a technical problem prevents entry; an email inquiry alone is not an accepted entry.
4. Entries and eligibility checks
Each organisation may submit more than one distinct idea but can receive only one prize. Duplicate ideas are assessed once. You must own or have permission to use the material submitted. Do not submit confidential customer records, passwords, sensitive personal data or third-party intellectual property you cannot share. We may request clarification, verify authority and check technical prerequisites. Incomplete, unlawful, fraudulent or ineligible entries may be excluded with a recorded reason. Evaluating Salesforce does not itself disqualify an entry, but the required environment and licences must be available for delivery.
5. Judging
An Eksido panel combining business and technical delivery expertise will assess eligible entries. Each criterion is scored from 1 to 5: business value (40%), feasibility within the total 100-hour scope (35%) and measurability of the proposed outcome (25%). The weighted total determines ranking. Ties are resolved first by feasibility, then measurability, then a documented panel assessment of delivery readiness. This is a skill-based competition, not a random draw. Judges must disclose conflicts and recuse themselves where appropriate. Marketing consent, company size, purchases and advertising engagement do not improve a score.
6. The prize
One winning organisation receives up to 100 total Eksido delivery hours, with a stated service value of €10,000, for one focused Agentforce proof of value. The total includes scoping, design, architecture, meetings, coordination, implementation, testing and handover. The deliverable and acceptance criteria will be agreed in writing before work starts. There is no cash alternative, transfer or reimbursement for unused hours. Salesforce licences, AI or platform consumption, third-party fees and work outside the agreed scope are excluded. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and its own expenses. No purchase from Eksido is required to enter or be selected.
7. Selection and delivery
Review is planned for 2–9 November 2026. We intend to contact the provisional winner privately on 10 November and announce the winner from 11 November, after acceptance and agreement on publicity. The provisional winner has five business days to respond and confirm eligibility. If it declines, cannot meet the prerequisites or does not respond after a reminder, the panel may offer the prize to the next ranked eligible organisation. If no entry is feasible and eligible, we may make no award and explain why. Delivery is planned during November–December 2026, with completion in 2026 subject to timely access and an agreed scope. The winner must provide a process owner, suitable authorised data access, an appropriate Salesforce environment and any required licences. Delays or scope changes will be documented and a revised plan agreed; extra paid work is never automatic.
8. Ownership, confidentiality and publicity
You retain ownership of your submitted idea. Entry gives Eksido permission to use it only to administer and judge the competition and discuss delivery with you. We restrict entry access to people who need it for these purposes. Submit a high-level description rather than trade secrets. Ownership and permitted use of delivered configurations, code and pre-existing materials will be set out in the winner’s written delivery agreement. Entry does not grant permission to publish your name, logo, idea or case study. We will seek a separate agreement before identifiable winner publicity.
9. Changes, responsibility and disputes
We may amend or suspend the competition only where reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical failure, legal requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Material changes and their reasons will be published here and communicated to affected entrants; we will not retrospectively change scoring to favour an entrant. We do not guarantee production deployment, regulatory suitability, cost savings or a particular business outcome. Nothing in these rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Spanish law applies, without removing mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections applicable to an entrant. Please contact success@eksido.com about a dispute so we can first seek a fair resolution.
10. Privacy and contact preferences
We process entry data as described in the challenge privacy notice. Accepting these rules is required to enter. Requesting commercial contact is optional and separate; refusing or withdrawing it does not affect eligibility, judging or the prize. Version: 5 September 2026.
