Connections – one of the biggest Salesforce Marketing Cloud events

Connections is a massive Salesforce conference that unites thousands of people from all over the world. Last year it took place in Chicago and this year, because of the current situation with COVID-19 outbreak, the conference will take place online. The date is still to be set, but you can already now register for free!

Connection gathers industry experts and showcases the best uses of the Salesforce platform. It consists of representatives from the retail, consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. Not only you will be able to participate in different sessions and workshops, but also connect with other people in the industry. Altogether, it’s a great way to keep track on trends, discuss challenges and get inspiration for further innovation of your business.

The conference consist of three main tracks; Marketing, Commerce and Service. With the marketing track you will learn how to better connect with customers. On the other hand, with the commerce track you will discover new tools and applications. Then with service track, you will learn how to grow better customer relationships.
