Yet another great release for Einstein this year is the Messaging Insight feature. With this tool you will be able to monitor your campaigns performance and quickly optimize areas that are not performing well. Access the insights no matter where you from the header inside Marketing Cloud.
With Einstein Messaging Insights you will get alerted about any abnormalities that occur to keep track on either high or low performing activities. The Einstein notifications badge appears in the header, being always accessible wherever you are in Marketing Cloud. As soon as an anomaly occurs, there will be a new notification badge. Navigate to the insight hub to get more information about the results. Here you will be able to spot the average performance and the lower bound and the upper bound.
Einstein monitors the Open Rate, Click Rate, and Unsubscribe Rates of your email sends, including batch sends and journey sends. The alerts are updated every day. Einstein Messaging Insights brings attention to changes so you can use these insights to improve journeys and batch sends. Finally, you don’t have to wait for your weekly reports to discover changes. In that way, you will be able to react instantly, without missing any perk.
Imagine a situation that could be easy to miss and out of your control. Let’s say one of the email clients, like Gmail, runs an update that brakes a code in your journey. Einstein will bring that to attention and indicate a drop in the Click Through Rate. In that way you can quickly look into the code of your journey and adopt the changes so it runs smooth again.
